Robot City to the rescue!
We dropped in as some totally clueless folks with a science fair hypothesis and no real clue how we could best test it. These guys were great! Right away parsed the problem we were posing and came up with a great solution. (Edison! Awesome!) Gave us plenty of time and attention, showing us how to work various things and use the online support and tech options to take this project and run with it.
Not only can my son do his science fair project now, but he has the foundation for going beyond that with the Edison kit we picked up at Robot City. (School science projects and science fair assignments, consider yourselves warned!)

My son is on the spectrum and can definitely be difficult. That day Juan had told me about his disrespectful behavior and his issues with listening.
