Academic Year After School Refund Policy:
We can provide a full refund for cancelled registrations up to two weeks after the start of the term, which will incur a $25 change fee. After this point, we are no longer able to provide refunds.
Summer Camp Refund Policy:
Cancellations made up to two weeks before the start date of your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations that are requested up to one week in advance are eligible for a 100% credit that can be used for a future summer or after-school session. We will not issue refunds or credits for cancellations requested less than a week in advance of the scheduled camp session date.
Changes to dates can be made free of cost up to one week before the start date of your original camp session. No changes will be possible less than a week in advance of your original session’s start date.
What are the age requirements for Summer Camp?
- Children must in 1st–5th grade to enroll in summer camp.
Can my child attend both a half-day and full-day Summer Camp?
- You can choose between half-day (AM only or PM only) or full-day (AM & PM combined) sessions. If you’d like your child to stay for the full day, please select the full day option.
What do I need to bring with my child each day?
- RCE will provide all program materials, but your camper will need to bring lunch and two snacks for a full-day camp. One snack for a half day camp and come ready with a water bottle.
What is your refund policy?
- You can cancel and request a refund up to 72 hours before the camp week begins, which will incur a $25 change fee. No refunds or credits are provided for cancellations made after the start of your session.
- However, to avoid being charged processing fees, cancellations must be made at least 10 business days before the camp week starts. Processing fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 10 days of the camp week.
- You can (switch weeks)—with no fee—up to 7 days before the start of your session.
- Changes made 1–6 days before the start of your week will incur a $25 change fee. No refunds or credits are provided for cancellations made after the start of your session.
- No refunds, credits, or makeup days are provided for missed days of camp (individual days are non-transferable to other weeks).
